But what truly sets Jan apart is how he leads—with empathy, clarity, and purpose. He believes that "the true thought is dialogue"—that real transformation happens not through top-down mandates, but in collaborative, human-centered conversations.

Transformation architect: Expertise in SAP ecosystems, cloud governance, enterprise integration, and value realization.
Mission-focused: Helps clients see beyond tech to long-term business impact.

A Life Beyond the Cloud
When he’s not advising clients, Jan can often be found at the piano or organ, playing music for his local church in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. His love of Bach (for precision) and Mozart (for spontaneity) reflects his dual nature: meticulous strategist and adaptable problem solver. He finds peace and perspective in nature, often through fishing or hunting—activities that, for him, are more about observing and connecting than taking.
